Express DK deliveries are sent via Postnord. Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm as standard. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to arrive with you.
During busy periods delivery times may be slightly longer however we try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Orders placed after 2pm, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Deliveries to remote locations may take a little longer to reach you. If you have any queries regarding your delivery or foresee there being an issue with us shipping your order as you live in a remote locale, please email us at info@grethe.dk before ordering. We will try our best to give you a clear estimation on delivery times and if we are able to ship to your address. We apologise in advance if our shipping methods cannot reach you easily or incur higher charges.
UK deliveries include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If your order is being delivered by any delivery service and you will be unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for your order.
GRETHE cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions that you give to the delivery company. For example, if you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given to us at the time of your order (e.g. in a ‘safe place’, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
For your safety and security we do not deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus or Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
International delivery takes on average 7 to 10 working days depending on region and a countries customs process.

We kindly remind our international customers that GRETHE is not be liable for any VAT customs issued by the country of destination. Payment of any duty, import tax or associated costs is the full responsibility of the customer. GRETHE will not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by the government of destination. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.
If a recipient refuses delivery due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore the recipient will not eligible for a refund on their order.
All international orders will not be charged VAT by us as it is expected that VAT will be added at import by the destination country.
International shipping rates can be adjusted and are subject to change at any time prior to accepting an order.

Returns
We accept returns on all orders if the goods are unopened, unused, and received by us as originally dispatched. Unfortunately, this is currently at the customers’ expense and we advise that any returned item is sent via a recorded delivery method to the following address;

When returning goods to us, we advise you to send via a tracked delivery service and keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it in any correspondence with us. If your return fails to reach us and you cannot provide proof of postage, GRETHE cannot be held responsible for any failure in receiving your returned order.
Once we have received your goods we will send you an email confirming this and any necessary next steps.
Full-price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them. Goods must be unopened and accompanied by a copy of your sales invoice. Discounted or promotional items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or an exchange.
Refunds
Upon acceptance of the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the invoiced amount including the original shipping charges, if applicable, per your order.
Please send the item(s) back to us at the address noted above. During extended promotional periods, please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed once it has been received by us. If we need to get in touch with you regarding your returned item, we will use the contact information that you have provided to process your order.
Any refund will be made via the same payment method used to make your purchase.
If you have not received a refund to your account after more than 14 days, please show our email confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
All items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with all accompanying documents, un-tampered stickers, undamaged outer packaging, and the inner product unused. GRETHE reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that certain products cannot be returned for reasons of health & hygiene.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for any other GRETHE product, please email us to discuss this with us, we are always on hand to help and advise.
Any approved exchange will be sent to you without incurring any additional postage charges. Exchanged items are subject to availability. We will advise you at the point of contact whether the product you wish to exchange for is in stock. If you wish to proceed with an exchange we will hold this item for 10 days whilst we await your returned item before re-releasing it for general sale. If you have a change of heart and no longer wish to exchange an item, it is really helpful to know this, a short email would be welcomed. If you foresee any delays in the delivery of your returned item, please send us a quick email.
